Keith Walton has been Chairman of the Partnership since its inception; he was a civil servant with the Department of Transport for a number of years, and then interim manager in a variety of transport operations and policy work.
Heather’s role involves fostering partnerships with communities surrounding local stations and developing schemes to promote a socially inclusive local railway. She is the main point of contact for community station adoption groups, station enhancement projects and for rail familiarisation for schools and disadvantaged groups. Her role includes securing external grant funding to deliver these schemes.
Fay is a creative practitioner who assists the Partnership with the schools and community arts schemes.
